What I collect

When you send a request, I receive what you type into the form: your name, email address, optional phone number and website, the package you chose, and your message. I also record the approximate country your request came from.

When you use the chat, your messages are processed to answer you. Questions to the AI assistant are sent to an AI model run by Cloudflare. Live chat with me is provided by tawk.to, which keeps the conversation so I can reply from my phone.

How I use it

Only to reply to you, quote and invoice the work, and keep a record of the work done. I don't sell your information or add you to a mailing list.

Services that process your data

• Cloudflare: hosts this website, stores form requests, runs bot protection (Turnstile) and the AI assistant.
• tawk.to: live chat (see the tawk.to privacy policy).
• Resend: delivers your request to my inbox by email.
• Google Analytics: counts visits and which pages and buttons are used, using cookies. It doesn't receive what you type into the form or chat. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker.

How long I keep it

Requests are kept for as long as needed to provide and invoice the work, and for record-keeping required by law. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
